Alina and the Lust Demon's Curse
A high-traction fantasy battle-H RPG where the buying case is strong launch demand, while the main overseas caveat is the still-unconfirmed English language support.
Alina and the Lust Demon's Curse is a demand-led VSA pick, not an accessibility-led one. In the candidate snapshot it reached 1,038 DLs, 6,563 wishlists, 23 ratings, and a 4.61 score soon after release. That makes it difficult to ignore as a new Japanese RPG, but overseas buyers should treat the language barrier as part of the purchase decision rather than assume localization from the English display title.
Its distinguishing angle is that adult encounters are tied to the RPG/battle premise instead of being presented as a separate gallery-first experience. The fantasy progression, battle-H emphasis, and NTR/corruption route tension are the reasons to consider it; those same elements are also the clearest reasons to skip it.

Quick decision
Should you open this one?
Alina and the Lust Demon's Curse is a better fit for users whose preferred route matches the setup and tags below.
Best fit
- You want a fresh fantasy RPG where battle-H is part of the gameplay identity.
- You already know you enjoy NTR/corruption-oriented routes.
- You are willing to evaluate a Japanese-language release because the launch demand is unusually strong.
Maybe skip
- You need confirmed official English support before purchase.
- You want a scene-first title with little RPG structure.
- You dislike NTR/corruption themes enough that they would override the strong launch metrics.
VSA verdict
- This is the clearest example in the batch of why VSA should separate popularity from accessibility. The launch numbers make the game worth surfacing, but the guide should never turn that demand into an implied English recommendation. Language comes before the CTA.

Final call
Strong launch demand does not remove the language barrier
Alina and the Lust Demon's Curse earned its place through unusually strong early demand, not through confirmed localization. If the battle-H RPG structure and NTR/corruption route tension match what you want, the official samples are worth checking. If you require English support, verify the current DLsite language listing first and do not treat VSA's English display title as an official localization.
